摘要
目的 探索树脂加氟预防可摘局部义齿基牙龋的可行性。方法 对自制加氟自凝树脂进行横向弯曲、体外和体内释放试验。结果 氟对自凝树脂横向弯曲变形无不利影响 ;加氘树脂在生理盐水中持续低浓度释放氟离子 ;置于局部义齿中后 ,相邻基牙菌斑内氟离子浓度较对照牙有显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而唾液中氟离子浓度无明显变化 (P >0 .1)。
Objective To test a new fluoride-added resin,its physical property and fluoride releasing property.Methods Laborite testing and clinic observation on the fluoride-added resin.Results It indicated that there was no harmful effect on the crossbreaking strength of self-curing resin after adding fluoride.In normal saline in vitro,fluoride-added resin released fluoride continuously during the period of 39 days.When applying it in patients'RPDs,the fluoride concentration in the plaque of the abutment teeth proximal to that resin was significantly higher than other teeth.However,the fluoride concentration in saliva had no significant rising.Conclusion The fluoride-added resin only had effect on the topical area,and it was not possible to release disastrously,so it was safer than other fluoride formulations.
