X线片所见第三磨牙牙龄与骨龄关系的探讨

Studies between the third molar development and skeletal maturity

目的 明确第三磨牙牙龄与骨龄的关系。方法 采用相关回归的统计学方法 ,对北京医科大学口腔医学院放射科 1994～ 1997年 8～ 15岁儿童的 1178张全口曲面断层片及相应的左手腕骨片进行了分析计算。结果 第三磨牙牙龄与骨龄相关性较小 (男r=0 .3719,女r=0 .395 8) ,骨龄与年龄之间相关性大。结论 在探讨牙龄与骨龄之间是否具有密切的相关关系时 。

Objective To study the relation tetween the third molar development and skeletal maturity.Methods The material for the present study,consisted of 589 panoramic radiographs accompanied with 589 left hand-wrist radiographs (aged-8～15).The size of samples was determined by staticstivians.Results There are low correlations between the level of skeletal maturation and the third molar development (male:r=0.3719,female:r=0.3958).Conclusion The result suggests that when we study the relationship between the dental age and the steletal maturity,we should not includ the third molar.
