内皮素-1对兔离体气管平滑肌收缩力的影响及咪唑安定对其的抑制作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)对气管平滑肌的收缩作用特点及咪唑安定对其的影响 ,为 ET- 1表达和释放增加的患者选用理想的镇静、遗忘药提供参考依据。方法 :采用 3× 10 - 8mm ol/L ET- 1诱发兔离体气管平滑肌收缩 ,用肌力换能器、走纸记录仪测定张力变化 ,研究 0 .15 mmol/L的咪唑安定对其的影响。结果 :0 .15 mmol/L的咪唑安定可完全抑制 ET- 1诱发的气管平滑肌收缩。结论 :咪唑安定对 ET- 1诱发兔离体气管平滑肌收缩有显著的抑制作用 ,提示临床上使用咪唑安定 ,对 ET- Objective:Endothelin has been reported to be one of t he most potent constrictors of tracheal smooth muscle known to date, and may pla y an important role in the mechanism of airway hyperreactivity. The purpose of t his study is to obtain the rationale on the selection of ideal sedative-amnesia drugs to patients with the high releasing of endothelin-1. Methods:Endothelinc-1 with the concentration of 3×10 8 mmol/L we re used for inducing constriction of the isolated rabbit tracheal smooth muscle, and evaluating the effect of midazolam (0.15 mmol/L) on it. Results:Midazolam with the concentration of 0.15 mmol/L completely d epressed the constriction of elicitation by endothelin-1. Conclusion:The midazolam can significantly inhibit the constriction o f isolated rabbit tracheal smooth muscle induced by endothelin-1, and we sugges t that midazolam may be worth usage to the patients with the high releasing of e ndothelin-1.
