针对中小型科研单位需要在线提交和评审科技论文的需求,基于Web模式和ASP语言开发设计了科技论文管理与评审系统,实现了科技论文的在线提交、审核管理、查询检索、在线评论打分和评审评奖、综合统计等功能。

Aimed at the demand for the small-and-mediumsized units which convene ceremony of science and thechnology every year based on intranet to submit and evaluate papers,we developed the cientific papers management and evaluation information system based on ASP with Web model, it has realized the functions such as submit online, examination and management, query and search, commention and grade online, review and award, statistics. It has appleied to the unit successfully.
