摘要
目的 :通过磁共振尿路造影 (MRU)与静脉尿路造影 (IVU )、逆行尿路造影、电子计算机断层扫描 (CT)、灰阶超声 (US)及手术、病理学检查对照研究 ,评估 MRU对尿路梗阻部位、原因的临床应用价值。方法 :12例尿路梗阻患者在 Siemens 1.0超导型成像仪上 ,用 Fisp3D序列和脂肪抑制技术作 MRU成像。所有图像均作最大信号投影处理。结果 :MRU显示 ,尿路梗阻部位准确率达 10 0 % ,优于 IVU、逆行尿路造影、CT及 US,确定梗阻原因达 83% ,类似于 IVU、尿路逆行造影、CT及 US。结论 :无损伤性的MRU技术在尿路梗阻性病变的定位、定性上有很高的敏感性、准确性 ,特别是在
Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of MR Urograph y (MRU)in demonstrating the location and cause of urinary tract obstruction and to contrast it with IVU,retrograde urography,CT,US, surgical operation and patholo gy. Methods: Twelve patients with clinical urinary obstruction were exam ined with Fisp 3D pulse sequence and fat suppression with Siemens 1.0T machine. All the images were targeted with maximum-intensity-projection(MIP).Results:The diagnostic accurate rate of the location of urinary tract obstruction of all 12 patients was 100% in MRU. It was superior to IVU, retrogra de urogrphy, CT and US. The accurate rate of exploring the cause of obstruction was 83%,which was the same as IVU,retrograde urogrphy, CT and US. Conclusi on:MRU is a noninvasive technique with high accuracy in diagnosis of urina ry tract obstruction and in exploring its causes. It is an available alteration substitute method for clinical diagnosis of urinary obstruction especially unfav ourable to IVU.
