肌瓣修复口腔粘膜缺损的实验研究

Experimental Study of the Oral Mucosal Defect Repairing by Muscle Flap

目的 :观察肌瓣修复口腔粘膜缺损的愈合过程 ,以寻求修复口腔粘膜缺损的好方法。方法 :6只实验兔造成口腔粘膜缺损 ,用胸骨乳突肌瓣移植修复缺损区 ,对肌组织瓣的愈合分别于术后 1、2、3、4、8、12周进行光镜和扫描电镜观察。结果 :裸露于口腔内的肌组织瓣表面 3～ 4周后上皮化愈合 ,愈合后的修复性粘膜呈粉红色、光滑 ,类似正常口腔粘膜上皮 ,但有轻度瘢痕。结论 :无覆盖的肌组织瓣修复口腔粘膜缺损能完全被一层平滑的修复性粘膜覆盖。此法可减少病人供区皮肤缺损畸形 ,不影响美观 。

Objective:To evaluate the healing process of oral m uc osal defect repairing by muscle flap and to find a good method of repairing the oral mucosal defects. Methods:The oral mucosal defects were made in 6 rabbits. The muscle flaps were used to repair soft tissue defects and the healing tissues were obser ved by light microscopy and scan electron microscopy in 1,2,3,4,8 and 12 weeks a fter operation respectively. Results:The nake muscle flaps were covered by epithelial cells after 3-4 weeks. The healed mucosa was light red, smooth and had slight sear. Conclusion:The oral mucosal defect repaired by nake muscle flap is com pletely covered by smooth oral mueosal epithelium. This method decreases malform ation of skin defects, and have a good looking. We suggested that it was a bette r method for the oral mucosal defect repairing.
