尿毒症患者血小板参数的变化探讨

目的探讨慢性肾功衰竭尿毒症 (CRF)患者血小板参数的变化。方法测定了 2 0例接受维持性血液透析 (HD)的CRF患者与 5 0例健康人群血小板数量 (PLT) ;平均血小板体积 (MPV) ;血小板比积 (PCT)和血小板体积分布宽度 (PDW)等对比试验。结果 2 0例CRF患者血小板数异常率为5 5 % ;PLT最低值是 37× 10 9/L ,MPV最低值为 6 6f1、PCT最低值为 0 0 32 ,检出率差异有极显著意义 (P<0 0 1)。结论为协助医师对病情程度的判断 ,纠正出血倾向 ,指导临床用药和透析过程中肝素剂量的调控等具有一定的实验价值。

Objective To explore the platelet parameterchanges in uremic patients with chronic renal failure. Methods Platelet parameters of 20 hemodialytic patients with chronic renal failure and 50 normal adults were tested. Results Abnormal parameters were found in 55% patients, the minima of Platelet count (PLT) 37X109/L, Mean platelet volume (MPV) 6.6 fl, platelet Hematocrit (PCT) 0.032 respectively. These parameters were statisticly lower than those in normal group ( P <0.01). Conclusions [WT5”,6BZ]The platelet parameter changes may be worthy of estimating disease severity, correcting bleeding tendency, and controlling heparin dosage during hemodialysis.
