介绍传统气动夹具夹紧机构原理，分析表明，在夹紧加工过程中存在气缸失压断开压紧回路的安全隐患。经改进设计，增加气缸自锁功能，从而解决加工过程中失压断开压紧的问题。

This paper introduces the principle of traditional pneumatic clamp clamping mechanism analysis showed that exist in the clamping process of cylinder pressure loss disconnect clamp circuit security hidden danger. By improving design, increasing the cylinder self-locking function, so as to solve disconnect clamp pressure loss in the process of processing problems.
