猪小肠胶原组织在犬下腔静脉应用的初步报告

摘要 目的 通过实验进行猪小肠胶原组织 (SIC)在犬下腔静脉替代以研究SIC在大静脉的应用价值。方法 在 9只健康杂种犬的肾下下腔静脉进行组织替代 ,6只为血管节段置换 ,2只为血管旁路 ,1只为血管补片。结果 静脉造影通畅率为 87 5 % (7/ 8) ,病理检查见SIC补片上有血管内皮细胞生长 ,排列整齐 ,其余置换材料有少量内皮细胞生长 ,有微血管和炎症细胞浸润。结论 猪SIC有较强抗感染能力 ,易于宿主细胞爬行生长 ,是一种良好的天然细胞外基质 。 Objective The aim of this experiment was to value porcine small intestinal collagen by its practice in canine inferior vena cava.Methods Infrarenal IVC grafting was performed with porcine small intestinal collagen in nine healthy mongrel dogs.Segmental graft in six cases,bypass in two cases and patch in one.Angiography was performed 3 days,2 weeks,1 month,1 5months,2 months,3 5 months,4 months and 5 months post operatively respectively except the patch dog. The patch dog died of digestive infection and the specimen was cut off two hours later. Pathologic examination was performed on all specimens.Results The patency rate of angiography was 8/9. Vascular endothelium cells were only found on the patch graft,nor on any other vessel grafts.Neomicrovessels and inflammatory cells embellished in SIC.Conclusion Porcine small intestinal collagen has good resistence against infection.It is a kind of good natural extracellular matrix for host cells to grow upon.It needs further research as a vessel graft,especially for great veins.
