Interactive Information Platform Construction of Power Demand Side of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau

本文首先总结了目前广州地区电力用户信息管理中存在的问题以及需求侧响应的建设要求;然后基于应用需求提出了一种分布式信息交互服务平台实现方案;最后着重对区局分站信息中心的架构、接口结构和功能进行系统设计。实践表明,该平台具有实现快速的信息交互及需求侧响应能力。

Firstly,the paper summarized the existing problems of the power users’ information management and the constructive requirement of demand side response in Guangzhou area.And then a implemental scheme of distributed interactive information platform was proposed,based on the requirement of practical application.Finally,the paper designed systematically the information center’s function and structure of district bureau substation.Practice shows that the platform have the abilities of rapid information exchange and demand side response.
