湖南土家族、苗族人群Gst M_1基因多态性研究 被引量:3

Study on Polymorphism of Glutathione-S-transferase M_1(Gst M_1)Gene in Hunan Tujia and Miao Nationalities

摘要 目的探讨湖南土家族和苗族的谷胱甘肽S转移酶M1(GstM1)基因多态性分布情况。方法应用双重PCR方法检测 15 2例土家族及 10 6例苗族人群的 (GstM1)基因型。结果土家族GstM1(-)基因型频率为 43 .4% (6 6 /15 2 ) ,苗族则为 39.6 % (42 /10 6 ) ,两组之间差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 ) ,且同民族不同性别之间 ,不同民族同性别之间差异亦无显著性 (均 P >0 .0 5 )。结论湖南土家族和苗族的GstM1基因多态性分布与我国汉族及日本人相似 ,而与美国黑人及白人显著不同。 ObjectTo investigate the distribution of glutathione-S-transferase M_1(Gst M_1) gene polymorphism in Hunan Tujia and Miao nationalities. Methods The genotypes of Gst M_1 in 152 Tujia and 106 Miao people were detected by duplicate PCR technique. Results The frequency of Gst M_1 null genetype in Tujia nationality was 43.4%(66/152),whereas that in Miao nationality was 39.6% (42/106). No significant difference between the frequency of these two groups was observed (P>0.05).There were also no statistical differences between that of males and females within the same nationality as well as between that of the same sex belonged to different nationalities(P>0.05). Conclusion The Gst M_1 gene polymorphism in Hunan Tujia and Miao nationalities is similar to that in Chinese Hans and Japanese, but significantly different from that in American whites and blacks.
