摘要
体育专业大学生就业创业的影响因素主要有人才需求因素、专业设置因素和就业理念因素;体育专业大学生就业创业的对策主要有拓宽体育专业大学生就业创业渠道,深化体育专业大学生课程设置改革和转变体育专业大学生就业创业理念。本研究通过分析体育专业大学生"就业创业"的影响因素,探索"应对措施",旨在为"体育专业大学生"就业创业提供参考。
The influence factors of employment and entrepreneurship of college students＂ majoring in P.E. mainly are talent demand, major setting and employment concepts. The countermeasures for employment and entrepreneurship of college students＂ majoring in P.E. are widening employment and entrepreneurship channels, deepening curriculum reform and transform employment and entrepreneurship concepts. By the analysis of the influence factors of employment and entrepreneurship of college students＂ majoring in P.E., this study explores the ＂countermeasures ＂, aiming to provide reference for employment and entrepreneurship of college students＂ majoring in P.E..
