摘要
幼儿园体育的大发展,使学前专业人才培养质量的关键倾向于加强体育职业技能的培养,学前专业体育职业技能培养需遵循知识技能教学与技能培养相结合、循序渐进、直观与思维相结合等原则;改变体育课程考核、创建实践平台、设置专业课程体系、参与幼儿体育职业培训是体育职业技能培养的有效途径。
Kindergarten sports development makes the key pre-school professional talent training quality tend to strengthen cultivation of sports skills. Pre-school professional sports vocational skills training should follow the follow- ing principles： knowledge cultivation with skills training, step by step, perceptual intuition combining with thinking. Changing sports curriculum evaluation, creating practice platform, setting up professional curriculum system and partici- pating in children＇s sports vocational training are effective ways of sports vocational skills training.
