当今世界各国在致力于本国社会经济发展中面临的挑战无一不同全球化进程密切关联。所谓全球治理,就是针对全球化进程对世界各国、各经济体乃至整个人类社会可持续发展有着广泛且深刻影响的重大问题,在相关国际组织的协调和各主权国家的共同参与下而采取的应对举措与协同行动。因此,着眼于全球治理领域愈益凸显的劳动关系问题,就其动态、特点及走向进行初步分析,并结合我国工会工作实际提出相关政策建议具有十分重要的现实意义。

In the modern world, all nations are faced with a lot of social and economic challenges that caused by the process of globalization. Global governance means the countermeasures and cooperation adopted by related international organizations and sov- ereignties, aimed at the important issues which are impacting on sustainable development of different countries, economies and e- ven human society. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the characteristics and development of labor relations in China, and to put forward policy and suggestion combining with realization of trade union work in China.
