摘要
将企业经营者政治安排与构建和谐劳动关系挂钩的创新做法在实践中取得相当成效的同时,也遭到了部分人对其的正当性质疑。只有结合其背后所蕴含和践行的党的建设理论、统一战线理论、社会管理创新理论以及中国特色社会主义工会发展道路理论予以分析研究,才能证明该做法的理论正当性及现实可行性,揭示出该做法在社会转型时期对构建和谐劳动关系乃至构建和谐社会所具有的重要意义,并在此基础上对该做法提出有益的完善建议。
The innovation achieved quite effective role to build the harmonious labor relations that linking business operators with their political arrangements, but it also met with some legitimacy. Only combined with the research of the Party' s construction the- ory, the united front theory, social administration innovation theory and the socialist trade union development path with Chinese characteristics, we can prove the legitimacy and feasibility of this innovation, reveal the important significance in building up the harmonious labor relations and even the harmonious society in the period of social transformation, and put forward beneficial sug- gestions on this basis.
