摘要
当前我国许多企业的劳动用工出现了困难,招不进、留不住,技术力量难以为继等人力资源问题成为企业十分焦虑的问题。这些问题的出现是多种因素作用的结果,包括我国人口结构变化、劳动力市场分割效应、教育与经济社会发展滞后等宏观因素以及劳动力自身状况、企业经营管理等微观因素。为此,企业必须强化依法规范劳动用工,选择适合的用工模式,加强人力资源管理,积极调整经营战略,努力实现转型升级,从根本上缓解和解决劳动用工困难,实现企业健康、可持续发展。
At present, many enterprises in China meet HRM difficulties of employment, such as recruitment, retaining and tech- nical force drain. The causes include changing population structure, labor market segmentation, educational and social and eco- nomic development lag, own situation of labor force, enterprise management and other factors. Therefore, enterprises must choose proper employment mode according to law, improve HRM, adjust management strategy and realize industrial transition, so as to realize sustainable development.
