摘要
职工文化作为社会主义文化的重要组成部分,在其发展中,要实现市场化和社会化,并寻求良性发展的运作机制。南京市总工会工人文化宫在建设城市职工文化的实践中,成功走出公益化、市场化、群众化、菜单化和专业化之路,通过整合政府资源、社会资源、企业资源,形成了自己的品牌,充分发挥了繁荣文化、美化生活、服务职工、服务社会的作用。
As an important part of socialist culture, employee culture should realize market - orientation and socialization and es- tablish running mechanism of benign development. In the practice of employee culture construction, Nanjing Workers' Cultural Palace has formed its own brand and played the role of beautifying workers' life, servicing workers and the society through integra- ting government resources, social resources and enterprise resources.
