介绍67×34.00-25 14PR HF-4无内胎半钢林业斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 730mm,断面宽845mm,行驶面宽度818mm,行驶面弧度高47.3mm,胎圈着合直径629.5mm,胎圈着合宽度768.3mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.406 4,花纹深度95.5mm,花纹饱和度26.7%,花纹周节数20。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用8层2100dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层5×0.30HI钢丝帘布,采用Φ876mm成型机头成型、单模胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。
The design of 67 × 34. 00- 25 14PR HF-4 tubeless semi-steel forestry tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken, overall diameter 1 730 mm, cross-sectional width 845 mm,width of running surface 818 mm,arc height of running surface 47.3 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 629.5 ram,bead width at rim seat 768.3 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/Hz) 0. 406 4,pattern depth 95.5 mm,block/total ratio 26.7%,and total number of pitches 20. In the construction design, the following processes were taken: threeformula and four-pieces tread, 8 layers of 2100dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply, 2 layers of 5× 0.30HTsteel cord for breaker ply,and using Ф876 mm building drum to build tires and single bladder system to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that, the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements in the design and national standard.
