Controlled Trial Literature Review of Manipulative Therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation

随着对手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究的不断发展，有更多临床对照研究文献出现，为促进更多研究者方便、有效、快捷地了解此领域已做研究的状况，故对维普全文期刊数据库（VIP，1989．2009）中以手法为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床对照研究文献进行筛选，最后进行概括总结。希望在前人的经验教训下，促进更多较高质量临床对照研究文献的产生。

With the development of the research on manipulative therapy for lumbar disc herniation, there are more and more controlled trials comes up. In order to have researchers get to know the achievements in the field conveniently, efficiently and quickly, there comes the overview. The author went through the articles which mention the use of manipulative therapy for lumbar disc herniation in VIP database and made the overview by filtering, reading and collecting data. The author hopes there will be more high quality controlled trials and reports carried out by reading the overview and the experience which has been shared in the field.
