麦肯基力学疗法结合推拿手法治疗颈椎病疗效研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨麦肯基力学疗法结合推拿手法对颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:60例颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用Mckenzie疗法结合推拿手法治疗,对照组采用推拿手法治疗,治疗前后比较两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)和颈椎功能。结果:治疗后及3个月随访治疗组VAS评分及颈椎功能均显著优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:麦肯基力学疗法与推拿手法结合治疗颈椎病具有较好的临床效果,能改善患者颈椎功能,预防反复发作。 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy on Mckenzie therapy combined with massage manipulation on cervical spondylosis. Methods: 60 cases of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with Mckenzie therapy combined with massage manipulation, control group with treatment of massage manipulation, visual analogue scale (VAS) and cervical fixnetion of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results: VAS score and cervical function of treatment group were both significantly better than those of control group after treatment and 3 months follow-up (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Mckenzie therapy combined with massage manipulation on cervical spondylosis, with good clinical effect, can improve the cervicat function of patients', and prevent the repeated attack.
