摘要
[摘要]目的：观察针灸配合磁疗治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法：将60例三叉神经痛患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用针灸配合磁疗治疗，每日1次，10次为一个疗程，2个疗程后评价疗效；对照组给予口服卡马西平，每次200mg，每日3次，连续服用1个月后评价疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗后VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针灸配合磁疗治疗三叉神经痛疗效显著，镇痛作用良好，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with magnetic therapy on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： 60 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, treatment group applied with acupuncture combined with m^agnetic treatment, one time per day, 10 times was a course of treatment, to evaluate the therapeutic effect after 2 courses; control group were given oral carbamazepine, 200mg each time, 3 times per day, to evaluate the curative effect after continuous treatment of a month. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was high than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and VAS score after treatment were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Efficacy of acupuncture combined with magnetic therapy on trigeminal neuralgia is obvious, with good abirritation, being worthy of clinical application.
