中医药辅助治疗乳腺癌进展

THE DEVELOPMENT IN TREATING BREAST CANCER WITH AUXILIARY OF CHINESE MEDICINE

中医药辅助治疗乳腺癌对于减轻手术及放、化疗的毒副反应,增强抗病能力,提高生活质量等方面效果明显,展示了中医药参与治疗的优势。本文从对症治疗、辨证论治和辨病论治三方面总结。指出了正虚邪实是本病主要病机。正虚以肾阳虚为主;邪实以痰、瘀、毒为著。辨病论治是统观全局、指明方向,是主线;辨证论治是抓住了发病不同阶段的本质,是核心;对症治疗是灵活辅佐。三者有机结合,始终不离辨病论治这个纲,着眼专病专方,并不断完善,是中医药治疗乳腺癌的发展方向。

Treating breast cancer with the auxiliary of Chinese medicine proves highly effective in relieving the side effects of operation and chemical treatment, enhancing patients＇s ability of anti-disease,and therefore improving their living quality, which shows the advantage of applying Chinese medicine in the treatment. By summarizing the three aspects of treating the disease flexibly according to individual cases, grasping the essential character of the disease in different stages and deciding the treating methods as a whole process,this paper points out that the main pathologenesis of breast cancer lies in two causes：the deficiency of yang in kidney and the sufficiency of evil qi which accumulates in body as phlegm, blood stasis, and toxin. The combination of the three aspects of treating should be centered on deciding the treating methods as a whole process while individual cases should be treated with specific prescriptions. The further improvement of the combination can build up the brilliant future of Chinese medicine in treating breast cancer.
