摘要
目前,我国先后开展了许多大型的生态工程项目,生态工程建设效果不仅仅是技术手段的,还依赖于完善的配套和保障机制。生态补偿就是一项重要的保障机制,本文就生态补偿的补偿标准问题进行了分析,从刚性补偿标准和弹性补偿标准两个方面来确定生态工程的生态补偿标准。
