摘要 通过大庆石化三套乙烯装置的特点,分析了无排放开车的合理性,重点讨论了大庆乙烯装置无排放开工实施办法。利用老区装置的裂解气输送至新区,启动裂解气压缩机,实现装置全回流运转,然后投用裂解炉,减少装置开工期间的排放,最终实现装置无排放开工。 Taking advantage of the feature that Daqing Petrochemical Company owns three ethylene units, this article analyzes the rationality of undischarged start - up, focus in discussing the implementing measures of undischarged start - up for Daqing ethylene units, which is transporting the pyrolysis gas produced in the old district to the new district to start the cracked gas compressor, and after total reflux operation the cracking furnaces can be started, This measure can reduce the discharge during the start - up period, and achieve undischarged start - up for the units at lest.
