余甘子叶中总黄酮的最佳提取条件的研究

摘要 研究以乙醇为溶剂超声波辅助提取余甘子叶中黄酮的最佳提取条件。用石油醚除去余甘子叶中的部分色素和脂类,以乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比为因素,采用L9(34)正交表进行试验。结果表明:料液比对黄酮提取效果影响最大,其次为乙醇浓度,而提取时间影响较小。余甘子叶的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度80%,提取时间为40min,料液比为1:10。 In this study, the optimal conditions for the ultrasonic - assisted extraction of flavonoids from Phyllanthus emblica leaves was investigated, with ethanol as solvent. Partial pigment and lipid in the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica were re- moved by petroleum ether. The test was conducted by orthogonal table L9 (34 ), with ethanol concentration, extraction time and ratio of material to liquid factors. The results show that the ratio of material to liquid was the main influencing factor, followed by ethanol concentration, and extraction time was the weakest ones. The optimum extracting conditions were 80% ethanol concentration, 40min extraction time, ratio of material to liquid of 1:10.
