整体护理中护患角色冲突的分析与对策

Analyses on Role Dispute Between Nurse and Patient and Countermeasure in Integrated Nursing

整体护理是一种崭新的护理模式 ,在实施的过程中 ,护患角色之间存在着诸多的冲突 :低期望值与高发展目标的冲突、理想与现实的冲突、病人的自主性与护主的冲突、依赖与独立的冲突、外行的休闲与内行的忙碌之冲突。笔者分析了这些冲突产生的原因 ,并探讨了协调冲突的对策。其目的在于进一步推进整体护理的实施 ,使之更加完善。

Integrated Nursing is a new nursing model.During the performance,there are some disputes between nurse and patient,disputes between low expectation and the goal of high development,ideal and reality,dependence and independence,layman' leisure and expert' busyness etc.The author analyzed the reason which produces these disputes and discussed the countermeasure of coordinating disputes,so that we can help further promote the performances of integrated nursing,perfect it.
