摘要 本文分析了5种消泡剂的消泡抑泡效果和对纤维堆囊菌的影响,对生物量,埃博霉素产量等方面进行考察,选择了具有良好消泡抑泡性能,对纤维堆囊菌生长有显著促进作用的SXP107有机硅聚醚复合消泡剂。在此基础上对使用浓度进行优化,并研究其对发酵过程的pH和还原糖的影响。结果是:体积浓度为0.08%,菌体干重达171.2 mg的消泡剂效果最好。 The paper analyse five different Species of antifoam agents were compared based on the defoam and antifoam abilities, and the effects on the biomass and the yields of epothilones were also investigated. Finally, SXP107 silicone Polyether antifoam was selected since its high antifoam capability and improvement of biomass. Furthermore,the concentration of SXP107 was optimized in the medium formula and the effects on pH and reducing sugar were also studied. The result s at the 0.08% volume fraction, the culture dry weight was 172.2 mg,defoaming agent is best.
