摘要
本文一开始简述了塞棒自动拉钢系统的重要性,作者结合实际问题出发,介绍了控制系统改造的内容、原理,同时用大量的图表和数据验证了系统的运行效果。该系统利用钢水液面检测系统、采用高灵敏度的电动缸、先进的控制软件对结晶器液位实现良好的控制。尤其将拉速自动控制系统与塞棒自动控制系统的控制系统进行整合,自动化程度有了提高,为生产优钢创造了良好的设备条件,达到了系统优化的目的。
This paper first summarized importance of automatic stopper pull steel system, combined with the practical problems of control system, introduces the transformation of the contents, principle, the effect of the system is verified by a large number of charts and data. The system uses liquid level detection system,the control software of advanced electric cylinder,high sensitivity to achieve good control of mould level. In particular, the control system will pull speed automatic control system and automatic stopper control system integration, the degree of automation has been improved, to create a good condition for the production of high quality equipment, to achieve the aim of optimizing system.
