枳实活性成分的研究

Studies on the active constituents of fructus aurantii immaturus

目的 研究枳实活性成分。方法 以兔血管动脉条的药理活性为追踪指标 ,对枳实的活性成分进行了系统研究 ,首次从该植物中分得化合物 (Ⅰ ) ,并对其进行了结构解析。结果 从枳实中分离并鉴定出 4种活性成分 ,它们分别是乙酰去甲辛弗林 (Ⅰ ,又名乙酰真蛸胺N acetyloctopamine)、辛弗林 (Ⅱ )、N 甲基酪胺 (Ⅲ )及γ 氨基丁酸 (Ⅳ )。结论 中药枳实中有多种生物碱成分具有血管动脉条的活性作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the active constituents of fructus aurantii immaturus .METHOD We make a systematical research on the active constituents of furctus aurantii immaturus ,using vasular arteries strip of rabbit as a target for tracking the pharmacological activity.The compound I which is first separated from this plant was determined.RESULT Four active constituents were elucidated and identified from fructus aurantii immatarus .They are N acetyoctopamine(Ⅰ),synephrine(Ⅱ),N methyltyramine(Ⅲ) and GABA(Ⅳ).CONCLUSION There are various constituents of alkaloids that have active functions of vasular arteries strip in fructus aurantii immaturus .
