能源短缺问题在短期内不会有根本性的改变,所以,一些石化装置的能源消耗情况,直接关系其生存。在轻石脑油分离过程中,通过吸附分离,可以实现轻石脑油中各组分的有效分离及合理的利用,在精馏单元进行热耦合优化,可以降低精馏单元约54.9%的能耗,节能效果显著,使此技术在经济上更具竞争力。
The problem of energy shortage will be not changed in short tenn. Thus, energy consumption in petrochemical plants is directly related to the survival of these plants. In the process of light naphtha separation, through adsorption separation, each composition m light naphtha can be effectively separated and utilized. With the optimization of thermal coupling for distillation unit, 54.9% energy can be reduced, and the effect is remarkable in energy saving. By using this technology, it will be more competitive in economy.
