摘要
超声波流量计的检测原理包括两种:时差法和多普勒法。目前,市场上最常用的超声波流量计为时差法超声波流量计。多普勒法超声波流量计由于对被测介质要求较高,存在一定的局限性。本文介绍了这两种超声波流量计的工作原理及各自特点,通过分析比较,从而进行正确的选型。另外,还介绍了超声波流量计的安装、调校、维护等应用方面的注意事项,供工程设计人员和实际应用者参考。
There are two measure principles for ultrasonic flowmeter, one is time difference method, and another is Doppler method. At present, the most commonly used ultrasonic flowmeter m the market is time difference ultrasonic flowmeter. Due to relatively higher requirements for measued mediums, use of Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter has some limitations. In this article, the working principles and characteristics of these two kind of ultrasonic flowmeters were introduced and compared, from which correct selection form these two flowmeters can be carried out. Furthermore, the notes m installation, adjustment and maintenance of flowmeter were also introduced, which can be referenced for engineers and designers.
