In this article, two methods for recording HAZOP analysis results were summarized. With the model of abstracting the relations between causes and results by simplification, the cons and pros of these two methods were analyzed. Exampled with practice, the hidden perils on safety were indicated. And Combined with author＇s experiences in HAZOP analysis, the requirements for HAZOP members were analyzed. Finally, the measures for improving HAZOP data base and networking were proposed.
