目的 探讨如何对Cox模型成比例危险性假设进行检验 ,以及协变量与危险函数之间非成比例危险性的解决方法。方法 以Ⅲc期卵巢浆液性囊腺癌数据为例 ,用图形法对影响Ⅲc期卵巢浆液性囊腺癌生存时间的预后因素 ,做了成比例危险性假设的检验。结果 术前一般状态这一预后因素违背了成比例危险性假设。结论 在应用Cox模型时 。
