摘要 目的 提供临床上准确、简便测定肾小球滤过率的方法。方法 应用乳胶颗粒增强比浊法(PET)测定 79例有肾脏损害患者血清西司他汀(cystatin C)浓度,同时测定血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24 h肌酐清除率(24 h Ccr)和采用 Cockcroft-Cault公式计算肌酐清除率(Ccockcroft)。结果除 BUN外,以上指标与 ecustatinC均有相关关系,并有显著性意义。结论 custatinC 浓度检测在临床上提供一种快速、准确和简捷的测定肾小球滤过率的方法,能发现早期肾脏损害和肾功能改变。 Objective To offer an adequate and simple measurement of glomerular filtration rate (GFR)clinically. Methods Serum samples were obtained from 79 cases with renal damage. Serum cystatin C concentration was determined using latex particle enhanced turbidimetrv(PET). BUN, Scr and 24-hour creatinine clearance(24 h Ccr) were determined simultaneously using routine methods. Creatinine clearance was also estimated by Cockcroft-Cault formula(Ccockcroft). Results Except BUN. Scr. 24 h Ccr and Ccockcroft were all correlated with cystatin C concentration significantly. Conclusion Serum cystatin C concentration determination is a rapid. accurate and simple measurement of CFR and can show early renal damage clinically.
