原发性震颤的研究现状 被引量：5

摘要 原发性震颤是一种常见的运动障碍,临床表现以震颤为主。目前认为其发病机制可能涉及橄榄体小脑节律性的改变。近年来国际上制定了新的诊断标准,并在该病的药物和手术治疗方面取得了一定进展。
