经阴道二维及三维彩色超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的对比分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨经阴道三维彩色超声对子宫内膜息肉诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析73例经病理证实子宫内膜息肉患者的二维及三维彩色超声图像特征,并对结果进行分析。结果:73例子宫内膜息肉患者共检出141个病灶,二维彩色超声检出65例89个病灶,诊断符合率89.04%,病灶检出率63.12%;三维彩色超声检出72例128个病灶,诊断符合率98.63%,病灶检出率90.78%。结论:经阴道三维彩色超声在子宫息肉的诊断上具有无创、安全、诊断符合率和病灶检出率高等特点,值得推广。 Objective: To explore the value of transvaginal three - dimensional color Doppler uhrasonography in diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods: The characteristics of transvaginal two -dimensional uhrasonography and three -dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography images were analyzed retrospectively in 73 patients diagnosed as endometrial polyps by pathological examination, and the results were analyzed. Results: A total of 141 lesions were detected in 73 patients with endometrial polyps; 89 lesions of 65 patients were detected by transvaginal two -dimensional ultrasonography, the coincidence rate of diagnosis was 89. 04%, the detection rate was 63. 12% ; 128 lesions of 72 patients were detected by transvaginal three - dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography, the coincidence rate of diagnosis was 98.63% , the detection rate was 90. 78%. Conclusion: Transvaginal three - dimensional color Doppler uhrasonography has the advantages of noninvasion, safety, high coincidence rate of diagnosis and high detection rate in diagnosis of endometrial polyps, which is worth promoting.
