摘要
目的深入了解护士岗位流失人员在临床护理工作岗位上的情感体验,为进一步制订策略,提升临床护理工作的职业吸引力提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对10名已离开护士工作岗位的人员进行深入访谈,并采用类属分析法进行资料分析。结果产生3个主题:①"安稳的工作,疲惫的身心";②"自豪的职业,愧疚的内心";③"坚定的信念,挫败的现实"。结论护士岗位流失人员的临床从业情感体验存在矛盾冲突,正向、负向情感共存,护理管理者应重视护士情感体验,从家庭、团队、社会等多角度进行干预和支持,为护士提供良好的执业环境。
Objective To describe the emotional experience of turnover nurses in clinical work and provide ref- erence for nursing managers. Methods The phenomenology research method was adopted in this study. Ten nurses who had left nursing profession participated in an in-depth interview. Data were analyzed by using content analysis. Results Three themes were extracted including stable job but exhausted body,being proud of occupation but feel- ing of guih,firm belief but frustrating fact. Conclusion Positive and negative emotions are included in the emo- tional experience of turnover nurses. Nursing managers should pay more attention to nurses' emotional experience and provide intervention and support to create a good working environment for clinical nurses.
