护士对儿童牙科医疗环境噪声的管理

Practice and effects of noise control in pediatric dental clinic

目的探讨护理关怀对改善儿童牙科诊疗环境噪声的作用。方法针对儿童牙科诊疗环境中噪声的来源,改善就诊环境,降低陪护率,规范护理操作,应用行为管理方法。使用手机版噪声分贝测试软件,分别于干预前、干预后3个月进行监测。结果干预前后分贝率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后诊室环境噪声明显下降。结论护理关怀能改善儿童牙科诊疗环境,减少噪声对患儿、家长及医务人员的危害。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of noise control in pediatric dental clinic. Methods The noise control measures included analyzing the sources of noise in pediatric dental department,improving the medical environment,reducing accompanying rates,standardizing nursing procedures and behaviors. The noise level was monitored by using an App of noise test for mobile phone before and at 3 months after intervention. Results The noise level at 3 months after intervention was significantly lower than before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The noise control measures are effective to improve the medical environment in pediatric dental clinic and reduce the poten- tial harms to children,parents and medical staffs.
