The nursing organizational factors that impact patient safety and weight analysis

目的确定影响患者安全的护理组织因素及其权重,科学、规范地评估各组织因素对患者安全的影响程度。方法采用文献综述法、德尔菲法、层次分析法建立层次结构模型,构造判断矩阵,计算各指标权重并检验其逻辑一致性。结果最终确定的影响患者安全的护理组织因素分别为"护士人力资源配备"(W=0.361),"护士排班模式"(W=0.268),"护士专业技术结构"(W=0.156),"护士工作环境"(W=0.101),"教育与培训"(W=0.063),"组织安全文化"(W=0.050)。各级指标的层次单排序及总排序一致性比率(CR)均<0.10,检验结果具有满意的一致性。结论增加护士人力资源配备、建立科学的排班模式、构建合理的专业技术结构、改善护士工作环境、注重教育与培训、营造健康的组织安全文化,有利于提高患者安全水平。

Objective To determine the nursing organizational factors that affect patient safety and identify their weights. Methods The methods of literature review,Delphi technique and analytic hierarchy process（AHP） were used to establish a hierarchical structure mode,build the judgment matrix,calculate the index weight and test its logical consistency. Results The following nursing organization factors that impact patient safety were identified： nurse staffing （W=0.361 ）, nurse scheduling mode （W=0.268）, nurses＇ professional technical structure （W=0.156）, nurses＇ work environment（W=0.101）,education and training（W=0.063） and organizational safety culture（W=0.050）. Conclusion Increasing nurse staffing,establishing a scientific scheduling mode,constructing a reasonable technical structure,im- proving nurses＇ work environment,strengthening nurse training,creating a healthy organizational safety eulture are beneficial for the improvement of patient safety.
