国内手术室岗位设置的现状分析

The current status of post setting in operating rooms in China

目的总结国内手术室岗位管理的设置现状,并探讨其不足之处,以期为今后的研究提供参考。方法通过数据库检索及查阅相关文献,对国内手术室岗位的设置、资质要求、工作职责进行介绍与分析。结果目前国内手术室设置的岗位主要有护理岗位(护理管理岗位、临床护理岗位、教学护理岗位)和辅助岗位,研究中进行随机对照试验(RCT)的文献较少,存在一定的不足。结论国内手术室岗位设置没有形成系统、规范的标准,研究仍然处于摸索阶段,岗位设置将成为手术室护理亟待解决的问题。

Objective To summarize the current status of post setting in operating rooms in China and to ana- lyze its deficiencies. Methods The papers related to the post setting,qualifications and work responsibilities and duties in operating rooms were retrieved from the databases. Results The current posts in operating rooms includ- ed nursing posts such as nursing administration positions,clinical nursing positions,teaching positions and assistant posts. Little randomized clinical trials were found. Conclusion The post setting in operating rooms has not formed standard systems,and the related research is still in the exploratory stage,which needs to be further studied.
