摘要
以"山东大叶"香菜为研究对象,以光合细菌为试材,研究了施用不同浓度的光合细菌对基质培香菜株高、根长、鲜重以及叶绿素和维生素C含量的影响。结果表明:施用适量的光合细菌对香菜的生长具有明显的促进作用,同时显著增加了香菜的叶绿素和维生素C的含量;基质培香菜喷施光合细菌菌液的最佳浓度为108 cfu/mL。
Taking ‘Shandong Daye' coriander as research object,with photosynthetic bacteria as test materials,the impact of different amount of microbial inoculum of photosynthetic bacteria into the substrates of the substrate-cultured coriander on the influence of plant height, main root length, fresh weight, and content of chlorophyll and vitamin C content were studied. The results showed that applying appropriate amount of photosynthetic bacteria could obviously improve the growth of the substrate culture coriander. In addition, the contents of chlorophyll and vitamin C in the plant were increased significantly. The optimal application concentration of photosynthetic bacteria for substrate culture coriander was 10^8 cfu/mL.
