沟叶结缕草对践踏胁迫的生理响应

摘要 以沟叶结缕草(Zoysia matrella)为试材,研究了践踏胁迫下抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质含量和光合参数的变化,以期从生理学角度认识沟叶结缕草耐践踏特性。结果表明:践踏胁迫使沟叶结缕草光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)呈降低趋势,在中度和重度践踏下,沟叶结缕草气孔导度(Gs)比对照显著增加(P<0.05)。践踏胁迫对沟叶结缕草叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响不尽相同。践踏胁迫下,沟叶结缕草叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先下降后升高趋势,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈先升高后降低趋势。沟叶结缕草可以通过增加体内游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量,有效改变细胞的渗透势,从而改变自身的渗透调节能力以抵抗践踏导致的渗透胁迫。 Taking Zoysia rnatrella as material, the effect of the antioxidative enzymes activities,osmotic regulation substauces and photosynthetic parameters under traffic stress were studied,in order to understand traffic stress mechanism of Zoysia matrella from physiological standpoint. The results showed that net photosynthesis rate(Pn), intercellular CO2 (Ci)and transpiration rate(Tr) of Zoysia matrella decreased with the increasing of traffic stress, but stomatal conductance(Gs) was higher than the control (P〈0. 05) under moderate and severe traffic stress. Effect of antioxidativ enzymes activities was different under traffic stress. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of leaves of Zoysia matrella was firstly decreased and then increased,peroxidase (POD),catalase(CAT) firstly increased and then decreased. Zoysia rnatrella could increase the content of free proline and soluble sugar to change the osmotic potential of cells effectively, thus change its osmotic adjustment ability to resist trampling leads to osmotic stress adapt to under traffic stress.
