山东省农产品地理标志保护现状研究

Research on the Protection Status of Geographical Indication of Agricultural Products in Shandong Province

从探讨农产品地理标志的概念出发,在文献查阅、数据收集的基础上分析了山东省地理标志商标注册、国家地理标志产品保护、农产品地理标志登记的保护现状;总结了山东省保护地理标志资源的经验,同时找出了目前存在的问题;并提出了解决对策,一要加强国家地理标志产品的申报工作,二要深入研究地理标志产品的地理标志特征,扩大保护范围,三要加强农渔业示范园区建设,大力推行农业标准化及自动化。

Starts from discussing the concept of geographical indication of agricultural products in this paper. On the basis of literature review and data collection, the trademark registration of geographical indications, the protection of national geographical indication products, and the registration of geographical indications of agricultural products in Shandong province were studied and analyzed. Then, the development experience of Shandong province of geographical indications were summarized,the current problems and proposes countermeasures for further development were pointed out. First, to strengthen the declaration work of national geographical indication products; second, to study the products features of geographical indication thoroughly, expand the scope of protection; the last, to strengthen the construction of agricultural and fishery demonstration garden,promote agricultural standardization and automation.
