无痛胃镜对精神分裂症患者消化道疾病诊治效益分析

The efficacy of painless gastroscopy for schizophrenia patients with digestive disease

目的探讨无痛胃镜对精神分裂症患者消化道疾病的诊治效益。方法将该院收治的240例有消化道疾病的精神分裂患者随机分为对照组和干预组各120例,对照组采用常规腹部检查和经验性胃病药物治疗,干预组采用常规腹部检查基础上加用无痛胃镜检查,按照胃镜检查结果使用胃病药物治疗,比较分析两组诊治效益。结果干预组消化检查费用高于对照组(P<0.05)、有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)、消化道疾病年均增长率高于对照组(P<0.05)、患者总费用低于对照组(P<0.05)及药品比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用无痛胃镜对精神分裂症患者消化道疾病的诊治效益有明显提高。

[Objective] To study the efficacy of painless gastroscopy for digestive disease of schizophrenia patients. [Methods] In our hospital two hundred and forty schizophrenia patients with digestive disease were divided randomly into the intervention and control group. The routine abdominal examination and experiential drug therapy of digestive troubles were used in the control group, the experimental group was not only used by the routine abdominal examination but also examined by painless gastroscopy. Then these digestive diseases were treated by drug in light of gastroscope checking results. The impact of treatment on both the two groups was comparatively analyzed. [Results] In the intervention group the cost of examination of these digestive disease was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The effect rate of these digestive disease was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The average growth rate per annum of these digestive disease was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total cost of schizophrenia patients with digestive disease in the intervention group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The drug ratio was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Painless gastroscopy.can obviously increase the impact of treatment from digestive disease with schizophrenia.
