摘要
以邻二甲苯为溶剂,采用溶剂法从硫磺渣提纯工业硫磺。考察了反应温度、反应时间、液固比、活性炭用量以及重结晶方式等因素对硫纯度和产率的影响。结果表明,取10 kg原料硫磺渣,在操作温度为120℃、操作时间为30 min、液固质量比为2、活性炭用量为1 kg、溶剂循环使用3次条件下,单质硫的平均产率和纯度分别达到93.98%和95.51%。采用溢流除渣方案,单质硫的产率和纯度分别达到91.84%和99.5%。
The industrial sulfur was purified in o-xylene solvent from sulfur slag by solvent method.The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time,liquid-solid ratio, dosage of activated carbon, and recrystallization way on the purity and yield of sulfur were investigated.Results showed when sampling with 10 kg raw material of sulfur residue, the operating temperature was 120 ℃ ,the operating time was 30 min,liquid-solid ratio was 2,activated carbon dosage was 1 kg,and solvent recycled three times,the average yield and purity of elemental sulfur reached 93.98% and 95.51% ,respectively.At this point,the scheme of overflow slag was adopted, and the yield and purity of elemental sulfur could reach 91.84% and 99.5%, respectively.
