氟化铵制氟化钾新工艺研究与开发

Research and development on new technology of potassium fluoride from ammonium fluoride

传统中和法制备氟化钾所用原料为氟化氢。介绍了以氟化铵为原料采用中和法制备氟化钾的方法。氟化铵可以是磷肥行业或者是无水氟化氢生产过程副产的氟硅酸氨解所得。制得的氟化钾产品质量优于HG/T 2829—2008《工业无水氟化钾》指标。新方法特点:1)制得的产品质量与中和法相当;2)生产成本低于中和法;3)为磷肥行业或者氟化氢生产过程产生的副产氟资源的应用找到一条新的途径。

The raw material of traditional neutralization preparation of potassium fluoride was hydrogen fluoride.A method of preparing potassium fluoride by neutralization method with ammonium fluoride as raw material was introduced.Ammonium fluoride can be prepared by fluorosilicic acid,the by-product in phosphate fertilizer industry or in anhydrous hydrogen fluo- ride production process.The prepared potassium fluoride product＇s quality was better than that of Industrial Anhydrous Potas- sium Fluoride, HG/T 2829--2008.The new method＇s features are： 1 ）product quality equals to the neutralization method;2） the cost of production is lower than the neutralization method ; 3 ）finding a new way for the application of by-product fluorine resources for phosphate fertilizer industry or hydrogen fluoride production process.
