健康教育路径干预在肿瘤患者PICC置管中的应用 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨对PICC置管肿瘤患者实施健康教育路径干预的效果。方法选取84例PICC置管肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各42例,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上,实施健康教育路径干预,比较两组患者干预后对疾病相关知识的掌握情况、健康行为情况、满意度等情况。结果研究组健康相关行为总分为(115.56±11.40)分,明显高于对照组的(101.43±18.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组患者在PICC相关知识掌握率、疾病治疗的信心、护理质量满意度、健康教育达标率、感染的发生率分别为90.48%,97.62%,95.24%,97.62%,2.38%,均明显优于对照组的30.95%,30.95%,73.81%,40.48%,26.19%,差异具有统计学意义(x2值分别为31.19,38.03,3.37,32.08,9.72;P〈0.01)。结论健康教育路径干预可以提高PICC置管肿瘤患者的健康行为水平、护理质量、护理服务的满意度,确保了实施健康教育路径干预的有效性及合理性。 Objective To explore the effect of health education path on cancer patients with PICC catheter. Methods Eighty four cases of cancer patients with PICC catheter were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 42 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The intervention group was given health education path intervention. The disease-related knowledge mastering situation and situation of health behavior, satisfaction were compared between groups. Results The score of health-related behavior was ( 115.56 ±11.40) in the intervention group, which was significantly higher than ( 101.43 ± 18.50) in the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The disease-related knowledge, treatment of confidence, nursing satisfaction, health education success rate and incidence of infection were 90.48%, 97.62% , 95.24%, 97.62% and 2.38%, respectively. Those in the control group were 30. 95% , 30. 95% , 73. 81%, 40. 48% and 26. 19% , respectively. The differences between groups were statistically significant ( X2 = 31.19,38.03,3.37,32.08,9.72, respectively ; P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Health education path intervention can improve the health of cancer patients with PICC catheter, and patients satisfaction. It ensures the validity and rationality for implementing health education intervention.
