摘要
目的了解“90后”临床护士组织支持感与离职意愿的现状,探讨两者之间的关系。方法采用组织支持感量表、离职意愿量表对杭州市8家三级综合性医院共229名“90后”临床护士进行问卷调查。结果本组护士的组织支持感总体得分为(2.82±0.29)分,为偏低水平;护士离职意愿总分为(16.14±2.87)分,处于较高水平;组织支持感总分与离职意愿呈负相关(r=-0.407,P〈0.01)。结论医院管理者应采取有针对性的组织支持措施,提高临床护士的组织支持感,进而有效降低其离职意愿,稳定护理队伍。
Objective To understand the status of organizational support and turnover intention in clinical nurses of post-90 s, and explore their relationship. Methods Questionnaires about organizational support and turnover intention were used to investigate 229 clinic nurses of post-90 s from 8 comprehensive third rate hospitals of Hangzhou. Results The total score of organizational support was (2.82 ± 0.29 ) which was relatively low, and the total score of turnover intention was ( 16.14 ± 2.87 ) which was relatively high. There was negative correlation between organizational support and turnover intention (r = -0. 407, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Hospital managers should take some effective interventions to improve clinic nurses' organizational support and reduce their turnover intention to stabilize the nursing team.
