延边地区高中生网络使用与网络成瘾现况调查

Prevalence survey on internet use and addiction in high school students of Yanbian area

[目的]了解延边地区高中生网络使用与网络成瘾现状,为学校开展预防及干预网络成瘾提供依据.[方法]采用中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷对延边地区4所全日制学校(各2所普通高中及职业高中)1 490名在校中学生进行问卷调查.[结果]高中生总网络成瘾检出率为5.6%,男生高于女生(P<0.01);网络使用目的为玩游戏(9.0%)的高中生网络成瘾检出率最高;每天上网时间越长,网络成瘾检出率越高(P<0.01);职业高中生网络成瘾检出率显著高于普通高中生(P<0.01);亲子关系、师生关系、同伴关系越好,网络成瘾检出率越低(P<0.01).普通高中生每天网络使用时间随着年级的升高而增长(P<0.01).[结论]高中生网络成瘾现象应引起全社会关注,应针对不同群体给采取有效的预防与干预措施.

OBJECTIVE To survey the situation of internet use and addiction in high school students of Yanbian area to provide the evidence for carrying out the prevention and intervention of internet addiction （IA） at school. METHODS Questionnaire survey of Chinese adolescent health related behavior was carried out in 1490 students at 4 full-time schools, including 2 high schools and 2 vocational schools, in Yanbian areas. RESULTS The detection rate of IA was 5.6% in high chool students in which the schoolboys were more than the schoolgirls（P〈0.01）, and was highest in the students with playing game as main purpose. The more long the time online was every day, the more high detection rate of IA was（P〈0.01）. The detection rate of IA was significantly higher in vocational high school students than in general high school students（P〈0.01）. The more better Parent-child relationship, the relationship between teachers and students and peer relationship were, the more lower detection rate of IA was（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The situation of IA in high school students should be payed close attention of whole society, and it should be aimed at different groups to carry out effective prevention and intervention measures.
