The Countermeasures to Carry out the Quality Education in the Institutions of Higher Learning

根据《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》精神和当前我国高等教育改革和发展趋势 ,对高校培养目标的调整、培养计划的建立以及培养模式的改革 。

We point out several countermeasures for the adjustment of the training aim,the foundation of the training plan,and the reformation of the training model,according to the spirit of 《The Decision About Deepening hte Overall Quality Education by the State Council of the Central Government》 and the present tendency towards reform and develop the higher education.\;
